Mussoorie Mist
An atmospheric, literary wedding experience drawn from cedar forests, old travel journals and 1930s hill-station romance.
The design
Mussoorie Mist is the quietest template in the collection and the most written. It is built like a journal: a narrow column, generous leading, chapter breaks, marginal notes in italic where a caption would otherwise sit.
The palette is fog. Pine green and dark brown hold the edges, muted burgundy appears once or twice, and everything between is the grey-white of cloud sitting in a valley. Photographs are printed small and given room, the way plates are set into a book.
This is the template for a wedding of sixty people in December, where the point is the walk before dinner and the fire afterwards. It never raises its voice.
